Brian enjoys working with clients as a trusted advisor to help them understand complex tax situations by listening, researching, and explaining the tax implications of everyday and unique situations.  

 

Brian’s experience includes working with individuals and closely held businesses. He has a wide-ranging familiarity with tax planning and compliance for multi-state entities; including an extensive background working on ASC 740 tax provisions for both public and private companies.   

 

Brian has a Bachelor of Science in Business in Accounting and Financial Services, from Wright State University.  He is a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA), and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Brian is a certified soccer referee and volunteers his time as a cubmaster for a cub scout pack in Milford Ohio.
