Heather is the Chief Operating Officer with Cassady Schiller and leads the finance, marketing, human resource, technology departments, and various other internal operations. She joined the firm in 2009 as the Firm Administrator and has also held the Chief Financial Officer position during her tenure with the firm.
Heather has over 25 years of experience in both public and corporation accounting. Her early years in public accounting focused on client service in tax, assurance, consulting, and business valuations.
Her experience in corporate accounting includes serving as Controller and Assistant Treasurer for a Cincinnati-headquartered public manufacturing company. Her combined experience in both the client service side of public accounting, along with her background in corporation accounting, has prepared her for her current role focused on the internal operations of Cassady Schiller.
Heather graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA). She serves as a co-chair on the Xavier University Accounting Advisory Board, serves on the board of Congenital Heart Alliance of Cincinnati, and is involved with the Xavier University Mentor Program.
