Whitney joined Cassady Schiller in 2018 and came to the firm with 10 years of experience in Human Resources. She leads employee relations, benefits and compensation administration, recruiting, performance management, training, and compliance administration.

She graduated from Miami University in 2008 with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications. She is certified through the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), where she maintains her membership and participates in ongoing continuing education.
