  • Robotic Process Automation (RPA): Getting the Data In

  • Transformational Tools: Doing less to Data
    Do you have problems with: Constant manipulation/formation of reports in Excel? Constant copying/pasting from workbook to workbook? Pulling data together from a number of reports? Using pivot tables? While our data analytics solutions provide the ability to combine multiple data sources together, we recognize such abilities may not be the final solution. What if you need that summary of data or information to be the input into another process? We commonly refer to this as extract-transform-load (ETL) processes. The processes do not result in dashboards or visuals, but rather, the tables of data serve as a lookup table or a detailed report for someone else to use within the organization. Gathering this data can take hours, or even days, for someone to pull together. What may seem like an insignificant amount of time can quickly add up. Think about your daily work life. I am sure we could all come up with a responsibility where we spend 30 minutes every day to: track progress, reformat a report, or pull a bunch of data together to assist in decision-making. Over the course of an entire year, those 30 minutes add up to 130 hours of non-value-added activity. What else could that person have accomplished with nearly a month’s worth of time? What if we could replace all of that non-value-added activity with a single button click?
  • System/ERP Selection and Implementation Advisory: Churning the Data
