Prior to working at Cassady Schiller, Michele spent the first decade of her career working for local and regional CPA firms where she handled complex, multi-state income tax compliance for closely-held businesses and their owners, most commonly multigenerational family enterprises. She helped her clients navigate the pandemic tax legislation, keeping clients aware of pertinent updates and finding ways to best support their needs and mitigate their concerns. Most recently, Michele worked for a national CPA firm specializing in tax compliance and business advisory for startup cannabis industry enterprises.

Michele is a lifelong Cincinnatian. She grew up in Anderson Township, attended Archbishop McNicholas High School, and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting degree from the University of Cincinnati. While attending UC, Michele was a Bearcats cross country and track & field athlete, earning MVP and team captain honors for the former. Michele and her husband, Michael, reside in the Evanston neighborhood of Cincinnati with their three young children and fur babies. You can commonly find them at Bearcats sporting events or a local park/pool with the kids.
